度阿格拉有个流传了几百年的故事。1653年,泰姬陵完工,莫卧儿皇帝沙贾汗下令砍掉两万名工匠的双手——好让世上再也没人能造出同样美的建筑。有些版本更狠,说连眼睛也一起挖了。这是全世界最有名的传说之一。也是彻头彻尾的假话。

故事寓意

泰姬陵的真正故事不是“美必须以痛苦为代价”,而是“美需要自由”——地球上最伟大的爱情纪念碑,不是奴隶或囚犯建造的,而是自由的双手,领着工资,刻着署名,代代相传。
